How to Submit an Online Reservation Request

Dear Royal Elite member, in this guide we will show you how to submit a reservation request quickly and easily using our Online Quotation Tool. Through this platform, you can check availability, select your travel details, and send your request directly to our reservations team.

Steps to follow

1. Access the platformGo to www.royalelite.com and navigate to the “All-Inclusive Rates” section to begin your reservation request.

2. Log inEnter your registered email and password. Then select your membership type and enter your contract number to view your available rates.

3. Select travel detailsChoose your hotel, travel dates, number of guests, and number of rooms according to your needs.

4. Select room typeChoose the room type for each requested unit. Make sure to select options according to your membership level.

5. Complete required informationFill in all required fields to process your request correctly.

Within this step, please consider:

• Certificates (if applicable):

  Enter the correct folio numbers and present them physically at check-in.

• Guest information:

  Add each traveler’s name, guest type, and children’s ages if applicable.

• Special requests (optional):

  You may add requests such as bed type or celebrations, subject to availability.

6. Submit your requestOnce all information is completed, click on “Send request.”

7. Request validationThe reservations team will review availability and contract compliance before confirming your request.
