Queremos asegurarnos de que su próxima experiencia vacacional sea perfecta desde el inicio. Por eso, le recordamos amablemente que, para garantizar su reservación, es indispensable realizar el pago del anticipo obligatorio dentro de las siguientes 72 horas a partir de que reciba su carta de confirmación.

Si este pago no se realiza en el tiempo indicado, la reservación se considera no garantizada  y, en consecuencia, podría ser cancelada por el Departamento de Reservaciones sin previo aviso, y sin responsabilidad para Royal Elite ni para el Hotel.

En caso de que la reservación continúe activa pero no se presente el día de su llegada, se aplicarán las penalidades por “No Show”, incluyendo —de forma enunciativa mas no limitativa— el cobro del anticipo no cubierto y la pérdida del inventario asignado.

Para ayudarle a evitar cualquier contratiempo, le recomendamos notificar a su agente con la debida anticipación en caso de necesitar cambios o cancelaciones, de acuerdo con las políticas correspondientes.

Nuestro compromiso es brindarle el mejor servicio posible. Por ello, le invitamos a realizar el pago de su anticipo a tiempo y así garantizar su estadía sin inconvenientes.

At Royal Elite, we want every part of your vacation experience to go smoothly from the very beginning. To help with this, we kindly remind you that, in order to secure your reservation, it is essential to complete the mandatory deposit payment within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation letter.

If the deposit is not received within this time frame, The reservation is considered non-guaranteed. and may be subject to cancellation by the Reservations Department without prior notice and without liability for Royal Elite or the Hotel.

Additionally, if the reservation remains active but the Member does not check in on the scheduled arrival date, “No Show” penalties will apply, including—but not limited to—the charge of the unpaid deposit and the loss of the reserved inventory.

To avoid any inconvenience or unexpected charges, we recommend that you notify your agent in advance if you need to make changes or cancel your reservation, as per the applicable policies.
