Hotel Sandos to visit
Dates of reservation
Complete names and ages of all people when arriving to the hotel (Including babies, children and teens)
If you would like to use any kind of certificate for the stay (if so please write the # of each certificate and do not forget to bring the certificates with you as they will request them during check-in; if not presented you will have to pay the complete amount of the stay without certificates)
Any special requests, if you would like special price transportation, tours, etc
