2. Be Cautious With Full Payments to Unknown Sources

For any payments related to your reservations, please note that we never request bank transfers or deposits to personal accounts.

If someone offers a “refundable” reservation and asks for 100% payment upfront, it is likely a scam.

Only non-refundable or semi-flexible rates require full payment.

Always review the cancellation policy before making a payment, and consult with your agent before making any transfers.

Before entering your data or making any payment, make sure the website address begins with https://.The "s" stands for secure, meaning the connection is encrypted. Avoid any site that lacks this protocol or appears to have suspicious domains. There are fraudulent websites that use names similar to Royal Elite or Sandos to mislead users. These domains often contain spelling errors, uncommon extensions, or unprofessional designs.
