Dear members,
In our search to offer you the welcome you deserve, we’ve created a new reception area for members where you can enjoy your check-in process while trying delicious snacks or our special hors d’oeuvres.
We’ve also changed all the furnishings in the VIP offices so we can assist you and attend to all your requests in an even more enjoyable setting. Hanging Out at Sandos Caracol
Also, thanks to the requests from some of our members, we’ve restructured the schedules of "Las Máscaras" restaurant in order to considerably reduce the noise in the ground floor guestrooms of the Royal Elite section.
We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you very soon so that you can enjoy all of the current changes for yourself! It’s important to us that our members continue to choose us year after year.
