Temporary Operational Update – Select Club Area at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park

Thursday, September 4, 2025. We would like to inform you that starting Sunday, September 7, and continuing through the end of October, the Select Club area at Sandos Caracol Nature Resort & Water Park (including rooms, pool, reception, and adults-only restaurant) will undergo a temporary operational pause due to internal improvements. At this time, there is no confirmed reopening date.

During this period, specific measures will be implemented to ensure that guests with Select Club reservations continue to enjoy a high-quality experience in an adults-only environment:

Strategic Relocation to Privileged Areas: Guests with Select Club reservations will be relocated to Eco Collection rooms, carefully selected by our team to guarantee privacy and distance from families with children.This relocation not only ensures a peaceful stay but also provides advantages such as closer proximity to the beach and the new K’iin Beach Club, our exclusive beachfront space for adults.

Dining with Caribbean Views: During this period, breakfast and lunch for Select Club guests will be served at Riviera Restaurant, where they can enjoy Caribbean Sea views in a serene and privileged setting.

Exclusive Adults-Only Spaces: The Tortuga Pool will be designated as an adults-only area, maintaining the same level of tranquility associated with the Select Club zone. Other adults-only areas and services will also remain available, including bars, lounges, and designated common spaces.

These actions reflect our continued commitment to upholding the quality, exclusivity, and attention to detail that defines the Select Club experience — even during temporary operational adjustments.
