A) For contracts acquired at Sandos Cancun, Sandos Caracol, and Sandos Playacar: SMC Vacations, S.A. de C.V., located at Kilometer 295 Carretera Chetumal - Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad Municipality, Quintana Roo, CP. 77710, as well as Paseo Xaman Ha, Playacar Condominium, Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad Municipality, Quintana Roo, and Boulevard Kukulkan, Hotel Zone, SM.53, L.37-1, Section A, Km. 14, Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, CP. 77500.

B) For contracts acquired at Hotel Finisterra: Prestige Holiday Club, S.A. de C.V., located in Los Cabos, Marina s/n, downtown Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Postal Code 23450.

SMC Vacations, S.A. de C.V. and Prestige Holiday Club, S.A. de C.V. will hereinafter be collectively referred to as 'Royal Elite Vacation Club.'

As applicable, these companies are responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy notice, and such data is duly protected in accordance with the administrative, technical, and physical security provisions established in the law to protect against possible damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access.

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data held by Royal Elite Vacation Club will be used for:

· Provision of lodging services

· Provision of restaurant services

· Provision of banquet services

· Provision of tourism and commercial services

· Vacation Club membership

· Timeshare membership

· Informing about new services, products, or events related to the aforementioned services, including sending advertisements and newsletters

· Fulfilling obligations related to the aforementioned services

· Evaluating quality and service

· Internal service analyses

· Generally, to fulfill the obligations contracted with the Guest, based on a civil contract such as Hospitality.

 

The holder may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition regarding their personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the law, or revoke the consent granted for that purpose.

 

To do this, send the request in the terms set forth by the Law in its Art. 29 to the responsible person in our Personal Data Protection Department, located at the address or contact the mentioned phone numbers or via email at privacidad.mx@royalelite.com, which we request you confirm by phone to assure proper receipt.

Additionally, we inform you that your data may be transferred to other national or foreign entities to fulfill the purposes for which your data was provided. In this regard, your information may be shared with all the companies listed on our website.

It is indispensable for medical care, prevention, diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment, or the management of health services, while the holder is unable to grant consent, under the terms established by the General Health Law and other applicable legal provisions, and such data processing is carried out by a person subject to professional secrecy or equivalent obligation;

VII. A competent authority issues a resolution.

VIII. The transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process;

IX. The transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the responsible party and the holder.
